Julienne AKA “Super J” – PADI Professional!

It is with great pleasure and excitement that we at Scuba For Change is announcing that Julienne, our employee in Puerto Galera has completed her Divemaster Certificate.

Julienne has been part of the Scuba for Change family since February and as part of Scuba For Change’s philosophy of creating lasting legacies and empowering local people, we have sponsored Julienne’s course and Divemaster application.

Those of you who know Julienne, you will be aware of her great character.  She always has a friendly greeting and smile with an infectious personality.  Julienne is a very capable Divemaster and has taken to the Scuba For Change way of working with ease, an eager thirst for knowledge and understanding and professionalism.

We are all very proud of Julienne’s accomplishment and will be continuing the training in preparation for an Instructor Development Course hopefully in the new year.

Well Done Julienne and congratulations from all of us at Scuba For Change, our supporters, our investors, both in the Philippines and Australia!  We are very proud of you!

“Sometimes life just leads you in unexpected directions. I never expected my life would turn up this way. Before, all that I think about was getting a job on a Cruise Ship but I guess great things happen when you least expect it.

A lot has changed for the past 6 years from becoming that shy with low self-esteem person I am now boosting with confidence and have a very positive outlook in life of course this will not be possible without the love and support of my family, friends, my teacher Kuya Karl Marchant and especially to SCUBA FOR CHANGE who had contributed a lot to this achievement.
